31 Bloggers: Mrs. Priss
I’d never heard of this blog until the Frebby Awards in September. Oddly enough, I was sitting next to the blogger herself at the Frebbys. Morgan Gable has developed Mrs. Priss into a source of information about motherhood, pregnancy and all things womanly. While writing this post feels very out-of-place for a guy, I’ll try my best to give Morgan justice. Mrs. Priss, and Morgan, become the newest members of the 31 Bloggers today.
WHAT IS MRS. PRISS ABOUT?
Mrs. Priss is, currently, discussing the cycle of pregnancy as Morgan undergoes the various stages of her pregnancy. Along with the discussion of the pregnancy, Morgan focuses as much energy and content on discussing how she’s been able to work with her family, from decorating the house, to working through the various processes of having a child (from a health and physiological aspect). Her discussions, while over the head of myself, have been in-depth enough to be helpful for many of her readers.
WHY FEATURE MRS. PRISS?
There isn’t a blog in Fresno that is like Mrs. Priss. While I’ve featured other mothers on the 31 Bloggers, none have covered pregnancy. Along with that, Morgan provides a very unconventional discussion on parenthood and the various duties as a parent. It should be mentioned that her writing style is quite conversational, which provides a personal touch for readers. Overall, it’s a blog that’s worth reading for those who seek the information that Morgan is putting out there.
